Intowow is searching for Client Success candidates with Bachelor's or Master's degree. Client Success Manager act as the point of consultancy for our global clients and are responsible for building and strengthening partnership with new and existing accounts.

Client Success Manager belongs to our Business Development and Operation Team, led by our Director of Client Success Team. Your main responsibility includes answering clients concerns and questions, performance monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and organizing client feedback to the Product Team. We expect you to be highly proficient in industry trends and insights, and are able to identify client needs, recommend solutions, and offer technical consultancy to strengthen client relationships.

Fluent in English communication and writing are basic requirements.
This position requires basic HTML code examination and data analytics for clients, so understanding in HTML5 and SQL WILL BE your must-have skill requirements. But, we do not limit ourselves to only candidates with coding experiences.

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients.
• Presenting and demonstrating the product values and services to prospective clients.
• In-depth understanding of product offerings and industry trends.
• Offering solutions and technical consultancy to clients and fulfill clients' needs.
• Troubleshooting client coding errors or methodology mis-understandings.
  
• Managing multiple accounts professionally at the same time period.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from top-tier universities
